Came her for happy hour with a friend. The place was pretty busy at 4:30p ish but we were seated quickly. What we swallowed: *MARGARITA: Yum! It was so good and hit the spot. *FARMER's CHEESE: Yummy cheese with honey and grilled bread. Soo good. *BLUES FIRECRACK SHRIMP: Shrimp with spicy sauce and crusty bread to dip. Yes please! *PARMESAN TRUFFLE TOTS: These were sooooooo good. I mean, crispy tots and a hit of truffle. Now I'm craving these! Our server was great. The atmosphere was chill and my company was ever better. Love it here!

What a great find! We were visiting the Denver area and our niece said Arvada was a cute nearby town with great restaurants. We chose Lot One because the prices and menu looked good. What a cute place! I mean, really cute! Great vibe. Excellent service and delicious food! We only had one free night on our trip and were so glad we chose this restaurant. Food was a little salty but that did not affect our overall experience. It really began to snow while we were there and one of the servers did a great job calming us down. She was right - the snow did not stick to the street and we had an uneventful drive back to our hotel. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Super cute atmosphere, service was phenomenal, food was good but not blow you out of the park. The Lot One Gin cocktail was delicious though.

Huge portions. Split plates if you don't eat gigantic meals. (Hate to waste food) All our dishes were seasoned well! Plenty variety and unique drink concoctions.

This was a very nice dinner, and the service was exceptional. This is a place we would frequent regularly if we lived here. Our reservation was for 5:30 to beat the storm on a Sunday. We were seated immediately by a very friendly host and hostess. Steph was there in no time getting us drinks. I had made up my mind before arriving to have Mo's meatloaf. She had the pork chop plate. This was a random pick of restaurants near us, and it was a huge success. Very friendly staff. We will recommend the people we are visiting to try it out.

We had brunch here on Saturday 3/23 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The classic breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed the war preserves. I would also like to personally thank our server Tim, he was provided the perfect level of service and made us feel welcomed. Thanks Tim!

All I have to say is amazing service with great food options.. This spot was on point and will get a few more visits out of me and my family. I recommend the BLAT is was delicious as well as the tater tots. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and Mac we split the rest definitely plenty of food. Only complaint and it was timing no donut tower option have to go back just to try. Over all 5 out of 5 must hit
